HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 
Simply choose your product, size and color from the drop-down menu and adjust quantity on the product page then click the ADD TO CART button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know the shipping progress.

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Shortly after your order is processed and ready, it will then be picked up by postal service and on its way to your shipping address. Email our customer service at support@anycaraccess.com for further assistance at any point.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Order tracking number is included in the confirmation email sent to you after your order is fully processed. You can use that number to track your order shipping progress.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time period (normally 12-20 business days), please be patient. Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs and during holiday periods. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES AND/OR IMPORT TAXES?
AnyCarAccess.com is not responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department for further information. AnyCarAccess.com is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Customers are responsible for filing all claims.
